Returns and refunds Policy
All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care. However, we will however happily replace your purchased items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If there is a fault with our product please contact us by via WhatsApp on 0614486469 within 7 days of delivery to advise us.
Returns are not eligible for regular wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. The product will undergo inspection upon return to us for approval of the exchange. In the event that the item is deemed faulty, we will cover postage costs for the exchange. If approved for exchange, your item will be exchanged for the same product /style previously purchased.
Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns should you have changed your mind upon receiving the item purchased. Refunds will only be done should the item be found faulty and under the condition that we do not have a replacement for you.
Please note, our silicone and wood products need to be taken care of. We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have not followed our care instructions. Our care instructions can be found under our ‘product care instructions’
